The white whiskey is made with a 100% base of corn grain, which is the traditional grain base for “authentic” moonshine from the eastern mountains of the US though bottled at a relatively gentle 80 proof. 
Nestville 9 Year old is a perfectly balanced blend of grain and malt whiskies picked from archive stocks. Selected distillates aged in new virgin oak and bourbon casks. On the nose, sweet aromas of caramelized nuts, honey and sweet flowers. The palate is subtle and creamy with robust notes of vanilla and caramel. It finishes soft, yet instensive with a creamy-roasted touch.
