The GlenAllachie Sinteis Series is a bold exploration of cask creativity, this release marries spirit matured in classic Oloroso sherry casks with rare Scottish virgin oak. Presented at natural colour, non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength 58.2% ABV, it allows the character of both casks to shine with integrity. With its innovative dual-cask approach, the Sinteis Series celebrates both Scottish provenance and GlenAllachie’s forward-thinking craftsmanship.

On the nose expect mocha, grilled honeycomb and sun-dried red berries mingle with cinnamon butter, toasted lemon peel and muscovado sugar, while the palate reveals heather honey, citrus, baking spices, gingersnaps and orchard fruits, finishing with mocha and vanilla buttercream.
